Noise Management Plan for Specified Works
Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997
Regulation 14A
The Chief Executive Officer of the City of Perth proposes to approve a noise management plan for specified works (waste collection and cleaning) within the City of Perth.
The purpose and effect of this noise management plan is to describe how the noise impact from waste collection and cleaning carried out by the City of Perth will be managed and minimised.
A copy of the proposed noise management plan may be inspected at or obtained from:
- City of Perth Customer Service Centre, Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth between 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday;
- City of Perth Library, 573 Hay Street, Perth between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday; 10:00am to 4:00pm Saturday and 12:00pm to 4:00pm Sunday; or
- Engage Perth website https://engage.perth.wa.gov.au/essential-services-noise-management-plan-esnmp-2025
Submissions about the noise management plan may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Perth, GPO Box C120, Perth WA 6839 by no later than 5pm day 06 May 2025.
