The City of Perth is the dynamic heart of Western Australia’s capital city, Perth/ Boorloo, located on the banks of the picturesque Swan River and adjacent to Kings Park.
Known as the City of Light, we pride ourselves on being a liveable, sustainable and prosperous City for our residents, businesses and visitors.
Consistently ranking as one of the most liveable cities in the world, the City is home to more than 32,000 residents. It is also a nature-lovers paradise boasting 43 parks covering 116 hectares of land.
The City is also the State's central hub for business, contributing $91.1 billion in Gross Regional Product, and representing the interests of almost 13,000 businesses that support around 230,000 local jobs.
