Proposed amendments to James St West Road Reserve, Lot 500 on Reserve 46904 and Reserve 37000

In accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 and Regulation 9 of the Land Administration Regulations 1998;

and

In accordance with Section 51 and 62 of the Land Administration Act 1997 and Regulation 11 of the Land Administration Regulations 1998,

The City of Perth seeks public comment on the following proposed road closure and amendments to Reserves to facilitate various tenure amendments by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage consisting of:

1. Permanent closure of a portion of James St West Road Reserve.
2. Amendment of the James St West Road Reserve and Lot 500 on Reserve 46904, located at 31 Francis St, Northbridge.
3. A portion of the above land will be excised from its existing Reserves and amalgamated with Lot 666 on Reserve 37000.

The above items will facilitate various tenure amendments by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (DPLH) consisting of:

1. Amendment to the Reserves to facilitate the Cultural Centre Rejuvenation project, as part of the Perth City Deal.
