Proposed Amendment Local Law 2026
In accordance with section 3.12(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, public notice is hereby given that the City of Perth proposes to make the City of Perth Amendment Local Law 2026.
The purpose and effect of this local law are:
Purpose: To amend the City of Perth, Local Government Property Local Law 2005 and Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law 2017.
Effect: The City of Perth, Local Government Property Local Law 2005 and Thoroughfares and Public Place and Public Places Local Law 2017 are amended.
A copy of the local law is available at www.perth.wa.gov.au/council/local-laws.
Alternatively, a printed copy can be obtained from the Customer Experience Centre – located on the ground floor of Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth and the City of Perth Library located at 573 Hay Street, Perth, during opening hours.
Submissions may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Perth, before close of business on Friday 29 August 2025 and can be emailed to [email protected].
