Different providers offer different titles, so browse them all for the full selection. If you're looking for a specific title or author, search the Library catalogue to see all of the formats available in our collection.
Note: BorrowBox titles are compatible with Kindle Fire.
Hoopla offers thousands of digital titles in a variety of formats, including eBooks, eAudiobooks, movies, TV series, magazines and music. Titles can be streamed or downloaded and there is no wait time or holds. City of Perth Library members can borrow six Instant titles per month. Flex titles are currently not available.
To access, visit the Hoopla website, click the Get Started button at the top of the page, and follow the instructions to set up an account. You will need to enter an email address and password. Choose City of Perth Library and enter your City of Perth Library card number and PIN.
