There are plenty of benches and picnic spots along the way to sit and enjoy the calm. Start your stroll at Barrack Square with hotels and restaurants, then walk up to Point Fraser where you’ll discover wetland pathways, outdoor activity hire and even more culinary delights. The wide meandering pathways are well utilised by walkers, runners and cyclists as they to take in the sights.
Whichever spot you choose along the foreshore, one thing’s for sure, you won’t be disappointed with the view. Not to mention, it's the best seat in the house for the Australia Day Fireworks show.
