LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION
CITY OF PERTH LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 3

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Perth has prepared the above-mentioned planning scheme for the purpose of:

• Zoning and reserving land;
• Specifying land use terms and land use permissibility;
• Designating the maximum base and bonus plot ratio.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the planning scheme have been published in the following manner:

• A copy of the plans and documents, including frequently asked questions, are available on the City of Perth website at yoursay.perth.wa.gov.au/local-planning-scheme-no-3
• A hard copy of the plans and documents are available for inspection at Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth and the City of Perth’s Library, 573 Hay Street, Perth during business hours.

Submissions on the planning scheme may be lodged in writing and should include the scheme name and number, the name and address of the person making the submission, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before Friday, 25 September 2026.
