CITY OF PERTH
ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT LOCAL LAW 2026

In accordance with section 3.12(6) of the Local Government Act 1995, public notice is hereby given that the City of Perth has resolved to adopt the City of Perth Amendment Local Law 2026.

The purpose and effect of this local law are:

Purpose: To amend the City of Perth, Local Government Property Local Law 2005 and Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law 2017.

Effect: The City of Perth, Local Government Property Local Law 2005 and Thoroughfares and Public Place and Public Places Local Law 2017 are amended.

This local law was published in the Government Gazette on Friday 2 January 2026 and will come into operation on Saturday 17 January 2026.
