The City of Perth Councillors Elect have been announced as:
- Liam Gobbert (term expires 20 October 2029)
- Viktor Ko (term expires 20 October 2029)
- Chris Patton (term expires 20 October 2029)
- Adam Pacan (term expires 20 October 2029)
- Lisa Ma (term expires 16 October 2027)
The Councillors Elect will join sitting Councillors Raj Doshi, Catherine Lezer and David Goncalves whose terms expire on 16 October 2027.

The Swearing-In Ceremony will take place at Council House on Tuesday 21 October at which the Lord Mayor elect and five Councillors elect will be sworn in. The invite-only ceremony will take place at 6pm and be live streamed.
The Deputy Lord Mayor will be elected by Council at a Special Council Meeting at 5pm on Tuesday 28 October.
