A Business Relocation Grant from the City of Perth supported FORM to establish its head office in the heart of Perth. This new central location strengthens collaboration between staff and stakeholders and supports greater connection across the organisation.

Since relocating, FORM has experienced the benefits of increased in-person engagement with partners, along with improved convenience and a more vibrant working environment for its team. The move has also encouraged more sustainable commuting, with more staff choosing to cycle to work.

The City’s Business Relocation Grants help eligible small to medium-sized businesses cover the costs associated with relocating from outside the City of Perth local government area. To be eligible, businesses must employ a minimum of 10 full-time employees.

Grant funding starts at $10,000, with the available amount increasing by $1,000 per full-time equivalent employee, up to a maximum of $50,000 (excluding GST). Applicants must also demonstrate relocation costs equal to the grant amount requested.
