PCEC development
Plans to redevelop the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) were announced by the State Government in January 2024. The proposal is to create a new waterfront precinct and a modern space for conferences and exhibition. Find out more here.
On 29 July 2025 the City of Perth Council adopted a position in relation to the proposed road and associated works (Early Works) to prepare for redevelopment of the PCEC. Read the position here.
