Proposed disposal of property under Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995.

Property Concerned: 

Shops 12, 13 and 14, City Station Concourse, 378 Wellington Street, Perth, legally described as:

Lot 969 on Deposited Plan 217521 and being the whole of the land contained in Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3123 Folio 385. 

Market Value:  Gross Rental $400,000.00 per annum plus GST for the leased area. 
Parties Concerned:  Health Management Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 076 360 828) 
Term:  A Term of 7 years. 
Consideration:  Gross Rental $400,000.00 per annum plus GST for the leased area.
