Commencing 20 June and running until 18 July, the festival will celebrate the creative community of Perth, delivering high-quality live performances streamed online from beloved venues and locations.

Showcasing iconic Perth artists alongside raw emerging talent, Enliven aims to give thanks to the diverse arts industry heavily affected by COVID-19.

“Enliven gives audiences an opportunity to become excited and reconnect to the local culture that they love, providing income and support for the artists and industry workers and strengthening the cultural identity of Perth in a time when it is truly needed,” Curator Steven Alyian said.

Chair Commissioner Andrew Hammond said the Enliven festival was important in supporting the Perth arts and culture community - connecting us all during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The City aims to connect to, express and understand Perth’s cultural identity as well as encourage online participation,” Chair Commissioner Andrew Hammond said.

Tune in live every Saturday from June 20 to July 18 on Visit Perth Facebook, as well as RTRFM social channels to see some of Perth’s best artists perform at the venues championing Perth’s original music scene.

Plus, if you’re in the city, make sure to check out the Northbridge Piazza Screen, Perth Cultural Centre Screen and Yagan Square Digital Tower for more live streaming.

The artist line-up includes local Western Australian artists Downsyde, Superego, Grace Barbé, Tangled Thoughts of Leaving, Grievous Bodily Calm and many more.
