These restrictions remain in place until 12.01am, Saturday 15 May.  

From this time, masks will only be required in the following settings:

  • Public transport
  •  Hospitals
  • Aged care and disability facilities
  • Large events with more than 1,000 people.

The City of Perth is also easing some of its restrictions to services and operations. Masks are not required while visiting the below venues and a sign or scan-in is required.


Council House continues to run as normal.

Citiplace Child Care continues to run as normal.

Citiplace Rest Centre will operate as usual, following 2sqm social distancing rules.

Perth Town Hall will operate as usual, following 2sqm social distancing rules.

iCity Visitor Services will operate as usual, with the iCity Kiosk and City Ambassadors onsite to help visitors.

Accredited Homeless Services and Cultural Outreach Roo Force will continue to run as normal.

City of Perth Library will operate as usual, following 2sqm social distancing rules.

Citiplace Community Centre will operate as usual, following 2sqm social distancing rules.
