TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – EVENT – Palace Motel – Terrace Road

The Palace Motel will be holding a series of music events at Langley Park East - section between Plain and Bennett Street - on Saturday 28 December 2024, Tuesday 31 December 2024, and Wednesday 1 January 2025.

Road Closure

To facilitate the safe access and egress to the event site, Terrace Road - between Bennett & Plain Street - will be closed:

Saturday 28 December 2024, 1pm to 11:30pm
Tuesday 31 December 2024, 4pm to 1:30am (day after)
Wednesday 1 January 2025, 12:30pm to 11pm

At the close of each event, (between 9:30pm to 11pm, and 12am to 2am New Years Day), some traffic delays will be expected to ensure the safe egress of patrons from the event site.

Local Traffic

Resident access will be maintained throughout, and the impact minimised as much as possible.

On-street parking bays along Terrace Rd west bound – between Bennett & Plain Street – will be closed from 10:00am on Saturday 28 December until the removal of the ‘No Stopping’ notice hoods after the event, anticipated to be by midday on Tuesday 2 January 2025.
