Lotterywest Festive Lights
Location: Elizabeth Quay inlet and surrounds
Date: Saturday 30 November and Sunday 1 December 2024
Times: 5:00pm to 9:00pm. The light show will commence at 8:00pm and run for 15 minutes

Road Closures
The following road closures will be in place each night:

3:00pm to 10:00pm
- Geoffrey Bolton Avenue
- Duchess Way
- Enchantress Way
3:00pm to 10:30pm
- Birdiya Drive citybound (Access to Mounts Bay Road and the Freeway will remain open, with traffic controls in place)
7:00pm to 9:00pm
- William Street (between The Esplanade and the Mitchell Freeway on/off ramp)

The Esplanade will not be closed at any point throughout the day

Sound
The event’s bump-in will commence at 7:00am on Saturday 30 November and noise impacts will be minimal. Audio speakers will be placed around the Elizabeth Quay providing intermittent amplified noise between 10:00am and 5:00pm, and consistently from 5:00pm to 9:00pm for the event. Post event bump-out will occur between 9:00pm and 11:00pm, with the remaining equipment being removed Monday 2 December from 7:00am
