Review of the City of Perth Parking Local Law 2017
The City of Perth proposes to review the City of Perth Parking Local Law 2017.
The purpose and effect of this local law is:
Purpose: The purpose of this local law is to provide for the management and regulation of parking within the district.
Effect: The effect of this local law is to manage parking throughout the district to ensure safe, fair and equitable use and access of parking facilities under the care and management of the local government.
Copies of the City of Perth Parking Local Law 2017 may be inspected at the City of Perth Customer Service Centre located on the ground floor of Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth, and the City of Perth Library located at 573 Hay Street, Perth, during official opening hours. The City of Perth Parking Local Law 2017 can also be viewed on the City's website.
