The City of Perth in collaboration with Business Foundations hosted the first in a series of small business workshops - Business ready over Brekkie - An interactive strategic planning and cashflow focused workshop.
The workshop discussed:
- The top three priorities for 2021
- Key areas to focus on to maximise the opportunity for growth
- How to manage your business cashflow to keep you afloat and thriving
Also featured is an interview with Alasdair Malloch - owner of Whipper Snapper Distillery - who discusses how his business survived the pandemic and what cashflow measures he put in to place to ensure his businesses survival.
