REIWA’s website, reiwa.com, will host a dedicated
City of Perth hub highlighting the benefits of city living, in a bid to draw in more residents to Perth from the outer suburbs, regional areas and even the east coast.
Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas said the collaboration was part of the greater plan to boost the City’s population to 55,000 people by 2036.
“reiwa.com is the home of WA real estate and the ideal place to showcase the many benefits of living in the City of Perth,” Mr Zempilas said.
“We know our city is an attractive, convenient and diverse place to live, and this campaign is about educating homebuyers on the benefits, so they seriously consider how exciting their future could look here in the City of Light.
“Instead of settling for a small block on the city fringes and using hours of precious time commuting every day, why not live at the heart of all the action?
“Apartment living is more accessible, convenient and enticing than ever before.
“There are also multiple grants and concessions available for people buying apartments in Central Perth, including the City of Perth’s
rate reimbursement program, making inner-city living a financially rewarding prospect.
“But of course, we’ll be promoting all of this and so much more on reiwa.com, so make sure you check it out for yourself.”
The
REIWA hub is live now, and will run through until early next year.
