EverNow - Boorna Waanginy:
The Trees Speak, returns to Kings Park & Botanic Gardens Thursday 3 – Tuesday 8 October 2024. This special event is being staged in partnership with Tourism WA and collaborating with the Botanic Gardens & Parks Authority and the City of Perth for event approval.

Date: Thursday 3, Friday 4, Saturday 5, Sunday 6, Monday 7 and Tuesday 8, October 2024
Key event times: 7pm - 10:30pm
Venue: Kings Park between Fraser Avenue and the Pioneer Women’s Memorial
Road Closures
Date: Friday 4 - Monday 7 October 2024
Times #1: 5.30pm until 1.00am
Locations: Kings Park & Botanic Gardens – Fraser Ave, Lovekin Drive, Forrest Drive, Saw Ave, Poole Ave (after Park Ave) and May Drive. Fraser’s Restaurant patrons can access Wadjuk Carpark via the control point at Saw Ave/May Drive. Local Residents only on Park Ave.
Times #2: 6:30pm until 1.00am
Locations:
- Full road closure of Kings Park Rd/Malcolm St from Colin St to Milligan St.
- Partial road closure southbound on Havelock St from Hay St to Kings Park Road. Partial road closure of Harvest Tce from Parliament Pl to Macolm St.
- Local Residents only will be permitted through a controlled checkpoint to Cliff St, Mount St and Bellevue Terrace. Access is via Mount St/St Georges Tce or Elder St/St Georges Tc

Unauthorised vehicles that remain parked within the road closures may be towed. There will be parking restrictions in place along the road closures and tow-away zones enforced.
On-street parking bay closures
On-street parking bays within the closures will be closed until the removal of the ‘No Stopping’ notice hoods after the event. Please take note of the changes to signage in your areas.
