As per WA State Government Advice, the Perth and Peel lockdown will end as scheduled at midnight tonight (12:01am Saturday 3 July). 

Interim restrictions have been introduced by the WA State Government and these will remain in place for three days, until 12:01am Tuesday 6 July - pending the latest health advice.  

Update on City of Perth facilities/locations 

CLOSED

-iCity Kiosk will remain closed until Thursday 8 July.  

 

OPEN

-Town Hall 

-Council House 

-Citiplace Rest Centre  

-Citiplace Childcare Centre 

-Citiplace Community Centre will re-open to podiatry and take away meals only until Tuesday 6 July 

-City of Perth Library - due to the interim restrictions, until Tuesday 6 July visitors will be able to enter the Library for a maximum of 30 minutes to return, select and borrow items, or to use the computers or printers 

-Jacobs Ladder 

-All City of Perth locations/facilities will adhere to COVID-19 capacity limits and mask rules.  

-City of Perth Vulnerable People Approach Accredited Homelessness Services will be returning to the Moore Street Site, providing roving services with restricted volunteer numbers for the week 

-The City’s Safe Night Shelter for Women will continue operations and social distancing measures will be implemented by Ruah Community Services.  
 
-The RooForce outreach team and Safe City Rangers are continuing to patrol the city to provide assistance to people experiencing homelessness.
