About this venue
Within the award-winning City of Perth Library, Meeting Room 203 is a great choice for any business or organisation. Whether you’re seeking to hire a conference room or a boardroom, this venue in the heart of the CBD is perfect for up to 6 people.
It’s ideal for those smaller, important and more intimate meetings that you wish to conduct away from your own office premises, where you can focus, and enjoy peace, quiet and limited distractions.
Meeting Room 203 is also the ideal meeting room for hire if you wish to conduct critical and substantial interviews on neutral ground and in order to maintain privacy.
For board meetings or corporate conferences, this room is equipped with a 55” clickshare presentation screen, WiFi, and a whiteboard. It’s also enabled for videoconferencing should you require it.
Overlooking the scenic Cathedral Square Lawn, the room is washed with natural light, creating an inspiring and productive environment for your meeting. The stunning architecture of the City of Perth Library adds another dimension to your chosen meeting venue.
If you require coffee, morning tea or snacks for your meeting, consider contacting Page 7 Café, located on the Ground Floor of the Library. You may provide your own food and drinks, and ensure you dispose of all rubbish before vacating the room.
You’ll find parking and public transport options nearby, and the Library building employs universal design principles, making it accessible for people with diverse abilities.
