Review of the City of Perth Standing Orders Local Law
The City of Perth proposes to review the City of Perth Standing Orders Local Law 2009.
The purpose and effect of this local law is:
Purpose:
The purpose of the local law is to provide the rules for the conduct of meetings of the Council, Committees and electors.
Effect:
The effect of the local law is intended to result in:
- better decision-making at meetings;
- the orderly and efficient conduct of meetings; and
- greater community understanding of the business of the Council.
