PUBLIC NOTICE
City of Perth Repeal Local Law 2022
The Council of the City of Perth resolved to advertise its intention to make the City of Perth Repeal Local Law 2022.
The purpose and effect of the proposed City of Perth Repeal Local Law 2022 are:
Purpose - To repeal the City of Perth Special Events Local Law 2007, City of Perth Air-Conditioning Units Local Law 2004, City of Perth Repeal Local Law 2004 and City of Perth Repeal Local Law 2009.
Effect - The City of Perth Special Events Local Law 2007, City of Perth Air-Conditioning Units Local Law 2004, City of Perth Repeal Local Law 2004 and City of Perth Repeal Local Law 2009 are repealed.
A copy of the proposed local law can be found here.
Alternatively a printed copy can be obtained from the Customer Experience Centre located on the ground floor of Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth, and the City of Perth Library located at 573 Hay Street, Perth, during opening hours.
Submissions on the proposed local law can be made to the Chief Executive Officer until close of business Friday, 12 May 2023 and can be emailed to governance@cityofperth.wa.gov.au
