Meeting Rooms

- Although credit card details are taken to guarantee your booking, payment is collected by Library staff on the day.
- No deposit is required when booking meeting rooms. All prices are GST inclusive and are subject to change
- A tax invoice will be issued when payment is collected (on the day of your booking)
- Changes to bookings or cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours in advance by contacting our Customer Service Team via email or phone (08) 9461 3500
- All advanced bookings can be made up to one year in advance
- All meeting rooms are only available during Library opening hours
- Minimum of one hour booking for all meeting rooms
- Library Meeting Room WiFi is available, please ask Library staff for your unique code when you arrive for your booking.
- Need snacks, coffees or morning tea for your meeting? Page7 Cafe is located on the Ground floor of the Library, contact them here.
Event spaces
The Library has event spaces suitable for functions hosting large groups.
