The award-winning City of Perth Library is located in the vibrant Cathedral Square precinct in the heart of the City. The Library boasts beautiful views of the City and Swan River and the interiors are warm and inviting. Clever design provides interesting light and shadow effects throughout the building. The Library building employs universal design principles, making it accessible for people with diverse abilities. There are ample public transport and parking options nearby.

- All Level 2 Meeting Rooms have videoconferencing equipment, and are screen-share enabled, for use with laptops. To take advantage of these features we recommend heading to the Barco website to download the software before you visit the Library.

For non-Mac users - ClickShare Desktop App Windows - Barco - Although credit card details are taken to guarantee your booking, payment is collected by Library staff on the day.
- No deposit is required when booking meeting rooms. All prices are GST inclusive and are subject to change
- A tax invoice will be issued when payment is collected (on the day of your booking)
- Changes to bookings or cancellations are permitted online up to 24 hours in advance or by contacting our Customer Service Team via email or phone (08) 9461 3500.
- All advanced bookings can be made up to one year in advance
- All meeting rooms are only available during Library opening hours
- Minimum of one hour booking for all meeting rooms
- WiFi is available in the meeting rooms. Upon arrival, you will receive a unique code for four separate devices to utilise up to 50GB of data as a shared pool within one meeting room.
