Temporary Food Vendor

Businesses planning to operate a food stall or food truck in the City of Perth must lodge an application under 'Forms' to the City with the following documents:

• Food business registration with the local government authority where the food business is normally located.
• Current Public Liability Insurance.
• Submit a site plan of your stall or food vehicle compliant with the City's Temporary Food Business Guidelines.

Please note
The City is transitioning from financial year notifications to annual calendar year notifications. The City will uphold current notifications that would have expired before the end of the calendar until the end of the 2025 calendar year.
