What you need	Complete the online Annual Food Vendor application.
Eligibility requirements	Businesses planning to operate a food stall or food truck in the City of Perth must lodge an application under 'Forms' to the City with the following documents: Food business registration with the local government authority where the food business is normally located. Current Public Liability Insurance. Submit a site plan of your stall or food vehicle compliant with the City's Temporary Food Business Guidelines.
Fees	$105 food notification fee; $53.50 inspection fee (no more than two per year should be expected)
