Local Development Assessment Panel

The City of Perth is deemed a high-growth local government, therefore, the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage has formed a Local Development Assessment Panel to ensure decision making is consistent and accountable for development applications of a prescribed type and value. On the 20 January 2021, the Department of Planning Lands and Heritage appointed Councillors Fleeton and Ko as members of the Local Development Assessment Panel and Councillors Gobbert and Lezer as deputy members until 26 January 2022.

The Local Development Assessment Panel for the City of Perth is administered by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage. The Development Assessment Panels Secretariat is available on (08) 6551 9919 or daps@dplh.wa.gov.au.

The Agenda for the upcoming meeting, taking place on Tuesday, 04 May 2021, is published on the City of Perth website in accordance with Regulation 39 of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011.
