Perth City Criterium Championship - Sunday 12th March 2023
WestCycle, the peak body for riding in Western Australia, will be hosting a new road-cycling criterium event on Sunday 12th March 2023 around Russell Square and the Piazza in Northbridge. Racing and associated cycling activities commence at 1:15pm including a community participation ride along the course at 3:50pm. Activities will cease at 6:00pm.
Road Closures:
Road closures will be in place from 12:00PM to 06:30PM. NO STOPPING signs will be active from 08:00AM on Sunday 12th March 2023. The following roads will be closed in both directions during the Perth City Criterium Championship on Sunday 12th March 2023:
- James Street
- Lake Street
- Francis Street
- Aberdeen Street
- Shenton Street
- Parker Street
Towing:
Vehicles that remain parked on the event course will be towed from 12pm. There will be parking restrictions in place along the road closures and tow away zones enforced.
On-street parking bay closures
On-street parking bays within the closures will be closed until the removal of the ‘No Stopping’ notice hoods after the event, anticipated to be 6:30pm Sunday 12 March, 2023.
