FRINGE WORLD is returning to Northbridge streets with the 2nd annual instalment of ‘Sunday Funday’. Running from 1pm – 6pm on William & James St, there will be road closures in place from 3am on Sunday morning.
Road Closures
The following road closures will be in place from 3:00am - Sun 22nd Jan until 2:00am - Mon 23rd Jan:
- William St (Roe St – Francis St) including rear laneway
- James Street (William St – Lake St) including Nick’s Lane
Road Closures will come into effect from 3:00am on Sunday 22nd January 2023. Vehicles parked on William and James Street (within the event area) will be towed prior to the event bump-in.

Road and on-street parking bay closures
- To ensure the safety of participants and the general public, road closures will be in place along William Street, between Francis and Roe Streets, plus, James St, between William and Lake Streets.
- On-street parking bays within the closures will be closed from 3:00am until the removal of the ‘No Stopping’ notice hoods after the event, anticipated to be 2am Sunday 23 January 2023.
