Pre Permit Clearance application
The purpose of this form is to apply for written clearance for development, health and engineering statutory approvals prior to making an application for a Building Permit (as required in accordance with the Building Act 2011 and Certificate of Design Compliance).
For applications where the City of Perth in engaged to provide the Certificate of Design Compliance this service is included in that process.
There is no charge for a Pre Permit Clearance application.
