Grant opportunities for residential buildings
in the City of Perth

Do you live in a residential strata-titled building in the City of Perth. Are you interested in improving the environmental outcomes of your building?

Grants up to $25,000 (matched funding) are available for projects which improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings within the City of Perth.

Through the City’s Residential Energy Upgrade Grant program, Owners may apply for support for the following types of projects which provide communal benefit for residential occupants:

		Upgrades to lighting, hot water systems, pumps and motors, lifts, air conditioning and ventilation, and including building tuning.
		Replacement of gas hot water systems, space heating and cooking appliances with an energy efficient electric alternative.
		Installation of solar photovoltaic systems and battery storage.
