Visitor Services
The i-City Volunteer Hosts help visitors discover the City of Perth. They staff the City of Perth Information Kiosk in the Murray Street Mall near Forrest Place and are on hand every day to answer questions about the city. Armed with all the latest information on events, activities, shopping and attractions in the City of Perth, the Hosts also supply free resources including handy Citymaps and self-guided tour brochures.

Monday to Thursday 9.30am-4.30pm
Friday 9.30am-8pm
Saturday 9.30am-4.30pm
Sunday 11am-3.30pm
Note: Kiosk is closed public holidays
Why not get your visit to the city off to a flying start with an orientation walking tour, or learn more about the history, arts and culture of Perth on one of four specialty tours of the city? All tours are free and are led by i-City Volunteer Hosts.

All tours depart from the City of Perth Information Kiosk, located at the junction of Forrest place and Murray Street Mall.

The City of Perth seeks self-motivated individuals with a keen interest in Perth and its surrounds, to join a team of enthusiastic volunteers. You will help people discover and enjoy the pleasures of the City and be a significant ambassador for Perth. You will welcome interesting and challenging questions about Perth, provide wonderful customer service, and keep fit at the same time. Whether you are available for a couple of hours a week or a couple of days a month, you can be a part of this important City of Perth program.
