Welcome to the Council of the City of Perth and its Administration.
The Council consists of the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi and eight elected members.
The Council’s decisions are carried out by the City of Perth administration, led by chief executive officer Frank Edwards. The City employs over 500 staff who maintain the day-to-day operations of the city and provide advice to elected members on the long term management and strategic growth of the city.
